I was overly concerned that my rental suite might have a bed bug infestation since my last tenant was a hoarder (putting it lightly). From my initial call with Liam Gallagher to the day of inspection with Rick, I was confident that I had chosen the right company for my needs. To say they are pest experts is an understatement. Their vast knowledge and firsthand experience was second to none. What was most impressive was how quick (5 mins) it took Rick to inspect my suite and determine there were no bed bugs present. What a huge relief to hear, however, I decided to go ahead with the treatment just to be on the safe side. Not once did I feel pressured to get the service done; on the contrary, Rick was laid back and honest in his assessment.
